Insurance broking is a planned diversification commencing from January 2027. DMSJ may invest in, acquire or support a Lao insurance-broking business, subject to applicable Lao regulatory approvals, due diligence and final commercial terms.
Broking will initially be a secondary line of business while our core Singapore practice continues to focus on accounting advisory, financial reporting, management information and asset & investment reporting.
DMSJ already provides finance support to a life insurer in Lao PDR, giving us first-hand familiarity with the local market.
